This is Janaki from Chennai, Age 43, Working lady. Having BP and sugar. I have a joint pain in Knees and all over the joints for the past one week. kindly suggest a solution for this, Am working as a Payroll executive in a manufacturing concern. having full work and also have work at home. Nowadays am not interested to work as well as daily routine

Hi, check vitamin d levels, make sure your blood sugar controlled as well. Check your thyroid profile. Consult ortho doctor. Rule out wear and tear.
