Patient 82 yrs old ,facing severe knee joint pain on both sides aggravated more in recent 2 to 3 years , is this osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis , please suggest palliative treatment apart from surgery looking at the age of the patient and patient is also on cardiac medicine , so plz suggest some non surgical measures for cure
