Joint pain and head ache due to typgoid

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I had a fever and after consulting doctor taking blood test they told its a severe typhoid. Even i got skin allergy too for the treat ment so they gave me pills. Now its for fifth day even now i feel so tired and even i cant walk due to more leg pain and joint pain. How to come out of this plz suggest me
