Hi ...I am 45 yrs old ...since December 2025 I have been getting right knee pain n clicking...when I climb stairs n get down it pains more ...now all joints below my waist feels sore and painful ...is it arthritis or some deficiency...plz help ...I have started taking boncal and rejoint tablets
