Joint muscle pain
I am 29 years old suffering joint muscle pain like pricking and burning sensation and I am facing this issue more five months since I recovered from common cough which took one month to cured however still I am struggling with joint pain all over the body I have check with may doctors and took many tests as suggested to took however everything came normal but I never get recovered from joint pain and get worst often could u suggest to recovery to run happy life because it ruins my life

Yes some of the viral fevers can leave you with long lasting joint pains for more than a year like chikyngunya. If the tests are negative then fine. Talk to your doctor again and get some x-rays of most painful joints and see what it looks like. Don't just take painkillers long-term

It is common to get generalised joint pain after some viral infections.  It is good that all your tests are normal. You require supportive treatment only. You have written that you are taking diclofenac 100mg everyday.  This is not advisable. Meet your local doctor to modify your medication. Don't restrict any activity.  Gradually your pain will go away
