Probably a lymph node. Please consult online for further management..  it's usually due to infection.. but needs evaluation first

Consult with a doctor
Online now
It may be a lymph node. Usually a lymph node is not felt (palpable) it increases in size most commonly due to infections. If you are having a sour throat or tooth infection this might occur. You can wait and watch for a few days. Then you can visit your local doctor to have a look at it
Next Steps
Visit local General Surgeon for clinical examination

Firstly... It needs a clinical examination...consult surgeon nearby Nothing is taken as normal unless it is confirmed by concerned specialist
