Itchy skin with fluid discharge

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I had a 3rd degree abrasion on my right foot due to an accident 3 months ago. The area adjacent to the injury became itchy and some fluid comes out. Is this contact dermatitis? Kindly suggest a good ointment. Attached is a pic.
