Itchy rough and dry skin at foot fingers

Asked for Female, 52 Years

I have itchy skin deases since 15 years only on foot 2 fingers which incresed now. Itching is not daily. Bt dryness there and some kind of now I can c on my hands finger which is dry n rough with small round CIRCLE I can c which comes n goes.
