Itchy red bumps

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I’ve been having these itchy red bumps lately and I’m not sure where there coming from. It’s mostly on my legs and a few on my arms. I’m not sure we’re there coming from the just come and go. I can’t be bed bugs because my little brother sleeps with me sometimes and he doesn’t have any bumps on him. If there’s anything please let me know.
