Itchy foreskin, scrotum, buttocks

Dear sir, madam I have itchy foreskin at the tip of penis, itchy scrotum (part of area where penis lie OR area where penis touches scrotum). In these areas itchiness occur few times a day or alternating days. It doesn't seems to be major problem but it has been occurring since 3 months. I can see affected area clearly, it feels smooth, soft and dry. Similarly, since 1.5 or 2 months I am feeling itchiness in buttocks (Intergluteal cleft) generally at night or fews times a day.
