Itchy Foreskin

I had sex with my girlfriend 3 months ago, she was on the last day of her period, it was dry sex. Since then my foreskin is itching, I have been applying Candid B cream (clotrimazole and beclomethasone) for about 2 months now, at first I applied twice a day and later once a day (at night), it feels fine after applying the cream but I have to apply next day again otherwise it starts itching again. The lower part of the penis gets more red sometimes. I don't have pain, the penis head have some red spots but doesn't feel anything, the itching is felt on the foreskin. Please suggest.
