Itchy foot skin, blistering pus redness

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Skin on my left foot is turning dark and itching.its not healing up even after 3 months spreading and leaves marks after dryup. Terbinafine and fudic cream of no help. Its affecting the toes around nails and below the toes. Blood comes out after itching. I Maintain hygiene always ,cleaning and put clocip powder.still no major improvement.
