Itching on fingers
My mother is a diabetic patient age 60.  She is taking diabetes medicine regularly and blood glucose is under control. Past 2 months, she has developed these mild patches/rashes on fingers on her right hand (with itching) which has not much subsided even after applying Derma Kt cream. What could this be, any suggestion for treatment? Also could it be contagious?
