Severe itching full body
Good evening. My mother aged 60 is a diabetic patient on insulin and also a kidney patient. It's been a week she's having severe itching and gets worse during night. She's taking blood thinner and bp medicines during the night. There is no redness. Her LFT was done last year which was normal but her creatinine and blood urea was high, 2.0 and 61 respectively. Skin remains dry almost whole of the day.

Hello dear. Please don't waste your time here and take her to your nearest nephrologist. This itching is not because of any skin problem, but because of her chronic kidney disease and diabetes. It's called uremic pruritus and she might need dialysis.
