Better to consult a doctor as it needs to be assessed. Common causes are- It could be fungal infection in that region which can be treated with applying antifungal ointment for 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes it could be due to worm infestation. Then treatment will be deworming tablets. If these are not there, one need to assess any other issue like exessive sweating, any musus discharging lesion in that region.
