Itching in penis
I'm having Itching inside my penis. I have observed some patchy red dots on the head of the penis(inside).
The dots are like pimples.
Please advise.

Firstly you need a proper clinical examination and an evaluation to rule out high risk exposure and associated STDs if any. This may be candidal infection which will require treatment with oral and topical antifungal medication under prescription.
