Recurrences of Jock itch can be because of 3 reasons: 1. Incomplete treatment: Jock itch can take 3-6 months to cure. Kindly stick to the treatment suggested and do not stop treatment until your dermatologist recommends. You have done this, but did you ask dermatologist before stopping your treatment? 2. Fungus can stay in cloths, toilet seat, nails and cause reinfection. Therefore, follow all the precautions given in this video https://youtu.be/gn6stgzn3lo 3 Resistant infection. Again a dermatologist alone can help you in this case. However, this time it might NOT be a fungal infection because it is fungus rarely spreads to full body.
Next Steps
Please consult.a dermatologist.

You may be suffering from fungal infection of the inner thighs groin and buttocks area which we call tinea cruris. this is commonly referred as jock itch. It is easily treatable by taking 4 to 6 weeks of treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Wrong treatment with over the counter creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, dermi 5, betnovate dermikem OC candid B, hh zole leads to severe side effects and also repeated recurrences. please do not use super body wash over the affected areas. Do not use steroid containing combination creams. Please contact me using online consultation for detailed prescription. Do not delay treatment as it may spread for the on your body and also to other people living in the household.

Hi, Fungal infection can take time to resolve completely in some cases. Excessive sweating and moisture can lead to aggravation of the same. Would advise you to consult to help you further. Itching on the full body could be because of several factors. For which we would need your medical history.
Next Steps
If the itching is severe you can continue taking an anti allergy tablet.
