Body itching and keratosis piliras
I have severe dry skin with intense itching and mild burning sensation on inner arms and sides of ribs. And all over my back it happens to me every night especially midnight times
It gets triggered when I do any body movements or any workout
I also have rough strawberry-like bumps in these areas.
This problem happens only during winter and rainy season, every year.
