Itching and dryness of skin

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I m facing dryness and itching on and around my nipple area ... I am facing this issue since 3-4 weeks I am applying powder but no change and now it has increased and caused irritation as I can't keep scratching my nipples or my chest area. Plz suggest something
