Itchiness down there

I have been having itchiness in ma vagina like inside the lips for about 3 weeks, dryness (not moist) , almost bruning sensation sometimes during sex and i little bit of cramps in my ovary’s.. ive had a yeast infection before but i was a virgin back then.. now im just scared and confused, is it just a yeast infection or something else?
