Issue with right side of neck and ear.

This could be due to non specific inflammation of your tongue - probable culprit could be 1) Amoebiasis of the gut, 2)Aphthus stomatitis, 3) Idiopathic ( unknown reasons ) 4) Worm infestation Your sub mandibular swelling is due to Lymphadenopathy due to the tongue inflammation and the ear pain also may be due to the same reason. What ever may the reason be, there is nothing wrong in following the undermentioned medications. Usually this is self limiting; Spontaneously it will become alright in a week. Medicines:- 1) Riboflavin  - - 2. - 2 -2  for 1 week 2) Tab .Metrogyl (400mg)   - 1 - 0 - 1 x5 days 3) Dentogel     --- 1 tube --4 times local application tongue and gums x 1 week 4) Liquid Zentel  1 Bottle (10ml) to night. 5) Keep Ice watter in your mouth as long as possible and drink. 6) Don't drink anything hot 7) Avoid Masala , and chillies till you recover and confine to bland diet like curd rice , But butter jam. 8) Tab. Nexprofast    1/2 - o -1/2 x 1 week Please take a photo of your opened mouth Torch supported and send to me across through practo. Take all medications after food.
