The values mentioned mean that widal test is negative for typhoid. Still just to rule out typhoid urine and stool examination should be carried out along with physical checkup. If typhoid is suspected. Antibiotic therapy should be started immediately. But as such jus widal test isn't indicating diagnosis of typhoid conclusively.
