Is this phimosis?
I can retract my foreskin. But, after retracting my foreskin it is not covering my glans. Is this phimosis. I have partially retracted my foreskin still it is not covering my glans.

Your question is not appropriate. If any one can retract foreskin, then obviously it’s not cover glans. But if it’s retracting and not able to bring Back then it’s called as paraphymosis. It’s better to share photo or consult personally.
