I get headaches when I'm thinking too much over stressful topics and I have a constant feeling of heaviness on my chest. I cry rarely but when I do the act of crying hurts so much and my chest feels even more heavier. It is so painful that I can't bear it and I pull my hair and I want to release the heaviness in my chest and the pain through self-harm. I haven't done it yet. I have also been getting short of breath and feeling dizzy lately.

Hi dear the way ur telling u have mixed episode of anxiety and depression. U must visit a psychiatrist personally asap for ur proper evaluation then it will be more clear to u. U must consult asap else it can worsen also.
