Is PRP or Misotheraphy will work out .?

Hi, My name Sai sundeep Darisinala from Hyderabad my question is about my hair problem... Recently i went to a clinic and have enquired about PRP and Misotherephy ... Will PRP or Misotheraphy will work out .? In the clinic people with out checking my scalp... They said your hair is completely lost and u are in grade 6 level and PRP Will not Work like that they said.. i don't want to mention that clinic name... Can u please let me few details about PRP and MISOTHEREPHY treatment procedure and will this work for every one or not ?
