Is it typhoid fever

Asked for Male, 41 Years

Feeling chills , body aches , heaviness in eyes and headaches during the day time and throat irritation from the last 10 days. Took widely test . Typhi o 1.80 typhi h 1.40 typhi ah 1.20 and typhi bh 1.20 . Doctor diagnosed borderline typhoid fever. Prescribed zedocef twice a day, g cin once a day , Azithrocin 500 twice a day , Levocetirizine once a day and paracetamol SOS. Can so many antibiotics be taken along with each other ? Kindly help .
