Is it safe to trek with hypertension?
My friend has hypertension and he takes medicine for this regard. Recently he's been planning to go for a Trek near Nepal and I wanted to know if it is safe for him to trek? Is there any risk if he takes his daily medication as always during the trek? Kindly let me know.
