Hypertension and allergic rhinitis
My age is 18 and I have Hypertension which is diagnosed in aiims bathinda and I have allergic rhinitis from earlier which medicine is i stop as it did not effect me in summer but it start to show symptom as runny nose sore throat in September and I take Hypertension medicine Metolar TL 50 Dialy after food at morning and I want to take alternate medicine for allergic rhinitis which treat my allergic rhinitis.

Since u are already diagnosis with hypertension. Continue the medications you have been taking.
Donot stop the medications on your own. For allergic rhinitis consult a ent doctor for the further evaluation and diagnosis.

You can try steam inhalation with karvol capsule, 2 to 3 times daily, particularly morning and evening.
Use face mask while going out.
Avamys nasal spray 2 puffs whenever cold starts.
