His PSA level is 18.9
-MRI report- Prostatomegaly
-There is a small nodular area of T2 hypointensity with low ADC signal measuring 0.5x0.6 cm in the left lateral aspect of the central gland of prostate close to its base (adc value of 0.4 to 0.5x10-3mm2/sec which could represent inflammatory change like prostatitis or neoplasm (PIRADS3)
-Urinary bladder show mild diffuse thickening. there is stranding of pelvic fat plane including the periprostatic and perivesical fat plans of concern for cystitis/Prostatitis.
-The peripheral zone of the prostate gland is difusely iso to midly hypointense on T2W1. No focal lesions.No lymph nodes are noted.No focal lesions are seen in the pelvic bones.There is no evidence of large volume ascitis.
DOES HE HAVE PROSTATE CANCER OR IS HE AT RISK OF DEVELOPING IT IN FUTURE. PLEASE REPLY. THANK YOU
