Is it drug dependence. Have a solution.

I went into severe depression 5 years back. I took Nexito for 2 months without any improvement. I had board exams so I went to ayurveda. It helped me to recover 90%. Only intellect was not working. I thought that allpathy will help but after taking nexito(1 year),flutee(1year). I stopped it, had severe anxiety, depression symptoms and again started Nexito20 with ayurveda. Now I'm feeling 90% alright but unable to stop Nexito20 which is causing digestion and sexual problems. At 15mg I become bit dysfunctinal in 4-5 days. Again it takes 2months on 20mg to be functional. I asked docs on practo they told me it's not withdrawal, coz in 4-5 days one becomes normal if it worked, it can be drug dependence (can happen sometimes with even SSRI). Plz save me. I become dysfunctional coz of indigestion also as meds stop working. My psychiatrist don't have a solution.
