My wife is suffering from anal fissure after her normal delivery. We have been consulting a Ayurvedic doctor who has opinion that fish eating is harmful for a fissure patient as it produces heat in the body, on contrary chicken and mutton are okay in less quantities. However, my paediatrician suggested that mother's fish intake is very crucial for a child's brain development. I have always known that fish is more easily digestible than other meats. Is this notion true that fish eating more harmful than chicken and mutton for a fissure patient?
Please note that we are taking proper care so that there is no constipation.

The medicine can heal the wound but if the anal muscle is tight then the wound will recur again and again so first of all use Indian style toilet, if you are using commode toilet, then use toilet step stool, commode toilet is unnatural for humans, Western toilet increases constipation. Since Constipation is a bigger factor behind piles & Fissure. If you are feeling itching & burning, Your anal muscles become unusually tight, this is symptoms of Anal Fissure, also don't go for any anal surgery Fissurectomy or Laser, Your anus grip can be loose after surgery & it takes too much time to heal the anus wound, By that time you will also suffer pain and trouble,You should get some Ayurvedic Therapies like Ayurvedic Matra Basti, Ayurvedic Kshar Karma & Anal Dilatation. after that you will never have a Fissure again. It is not recommended because fish will be hot in potency which will increase the fissure,
she can take around 15-20 ml of ghee with food per day
After that once in 5 days she can take the fish
Ghee & milk while taking fish, should not be done
As fish is bit heavy to digest its avoid as it may constipate, you can take proper ayurveda medicine for fissure so that it can be managed well other than just managing constipation
