I hi i have been diagonised qith anykolysing spondolytis 2yrs back in knee but now i m nt having that much knee pain can i fo static cycling for my health

U need proper physiotherapy consultation..  because ankylosis spondylosis has to be taken care...as knee pain can be due to multiple reasons...

AKS is for spine and not for knee u need to do more exercises for ur back and U can do cycling also visit a near by Physio and learn the exercises for ur back

You can try it. Do quads exercises. Consult orthopaedic doctor if still painful
