Is 75 mg zinc acetate per day is toxic ?
I've been taking 75 mg zinc acetate daily .. Am i overdosing ? Will it be safe daily to use or should i stop it ?

Yes , Please stop taking. RDA of zinc is just 8-11mg /day.more than 50 mg will lead to toxicity. If you want you take, take for once a week. Or I will suggest if it is for supplement use , take multivitamins as a whole . Contact me if need more advice .
