Hi
-Did you take any medication for nose block?
- Take steam daily and see if that helps
You can try Vick’s inhalers or saline nasal drop
- For throat pain do gargles with warm water and salt
Also try to give rest to your throat by speaking very less
At times talking a lot or talking loudly can also cause throat irritation
You can try lozenges like Cofsil
Also look for acidity, even acidity can cause throat irritation
- Have food that improves overall health and immunity
- Covid 19 symptoms are different
look for fever, fatigue , cough, breathlessness, GI upset
And if you experience any of these
Consult a doctor immediately
Follow all advice and precautions to protect yourself and community from Covid 19
Hope this advice will help You
Take care
Little irritation in throat in absence of high fever and dry cough and actual throat pain is unlikely to be covid, be watchful for above symptoms in case you devolop in fallowing days contact your doctor however covid can be present in completly asymptomatic person
