Start drinking like warm water early morning ..  with lemon and ginger if possible or else with only lemon

no need for medication I m sure this would help u a lot. wait for the response .. within 2 days  if u didn't get it then take montelukast and levocetrizine combination tablets in early morning

Steam inhalation for nasal blockage. You can use something like  Sinarest vapocaps or a quarter spoon of vaporubs in the hot water to add to the steam. For throat irritation, warm salt water gargles, or some lozenges like strepsils, etc might help. OTC antihistamines (cetirizine, etc) will help
