Irritation in penis/ frequent urinitaion
I have had this problem since a decade, I feel there is something inside my urethra causing the irritation which makes me urinate frequently. Have seen many urologist but to no relief. I would really like someone to do a cystoscopic examination of my urethra as I can feel something there and my urine is always split into two.

You may have a urethral stricture. See a nearby Urologist for retrograde urethrogram which would confirm the diagnosis. Of course would need a Cystoscopy
