No It is not routinely advised. Iron supplements are usually given if cbc shows anemia or in preterm babies.

If it is a preterm baby, yes. Otherwise only if the Hb is low, no routine supplementation is required

Routine iron supplementation is not needed.. if baby is anemic or preterm baby we can give
