Iron deficiency
A few months ago I visited a doctor and had my blood tested, he said my iron levels were low and I was on tablets for about 3 months, its been about 6 months since the visit and I still feel fatigued a lot of the time and have palpations, I'm 18, I was also a heavy tea drinker in the past, does that have anything to do with my low iron levels
