Take Tablet Livogen once at bedtime daily for 3 months Tablet Calcimax once a day at 4 pm for 3 months Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month

Good evening.. If she’s pregnant.. after 14 weeks can start Iron and calcium tablets. - eat iron rich food like leafy vegetables, dates, dry fruits.
Next Steps
-Tab Folvite 5mg daily once -Tab. Livogen XT before food daily twice ( if hb less than 11 gm)or else once daily is enough. -Tab. Shelcal twice daily
