Pregnancy medicine ecosprin 150

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My wife 31 week pregnant. She is taking ecosprin 150 from first trimester. Doc told it is because of high blood resistance 2.1 kindly advise if it is safe. Is will not clause bleeding or do not have side effects on baby.
