Intestinal ulcer

Asked for Male, 65 Years

My father had piles problem. So he undergone surgery in ayurvedic. Still problem of bleeding continued. But ayurvedic doctor told, that is no more from piles problem. That is because of ulcer. My father is also a diabetic patient. His weight has reduced from 73 to 68 in 2 months. His HB count is 7.8 now. Please suggest what tests has to be done and which doctor has to be consulted at Mangalore.
