My father is 77 years old, a heart patient , undergone by pass surgery 25 years back. he is suffering from bleeding piles and sevier burning sesetion at anus. please suggest

As your father is a heart patient, he must be on blood thinning medications. Due to this, there might be more bleeding from piles. First it is to see whether there are piles/fissure or some other pathology causing this problem. So would suggest to consult a general surgeon for the said complains as early as possible.
