since you are a breast feeding mother it is not advisable to do intermittent fasting,as breast feeding itself is a natural way of burning body's excess calories,Although GDM has a tendency to precipitate early onset Diabetes Eating Balanced meals including fibre, protein & restricting carbohydrates with optimal physical activity has been found to delay the onset.
Next Steps
Fill your meal plate with more servings of variety of vetables,a glass of buteermilk and substantial quantities of varieties of dhals ,lentils ,beans and selective fruits
Health Tips
Eat small meals at frequent intervals ,Restrict processed and ready to eat foods,Eat time;ly meals Include physical activity such as walking

Gud afternoon  sorry to say intermittent fasting can't be recommended  in case of breast fed mothers, diabetes, etc. In normal health condition also intermittent fasting not recommended as it has so many health hazards  after leaving. So pls try to follow a healthy balanced diet, try to give some time for exercise like pillates  or brisk walking  or power yoga to loose weight, have adequate water approx 3ltrs including other liquid food items, try to sleep for minimum  of 6hrs of sound sleep and reduce stress if u have by doing yoga or meditation whichever  is convinient for u to do.in short I will say pls pls focus on lifestyle modification and pls don't do crash dieting.
Next Steps
if u need a thorough guidance  then connect  through practo instant consultation platform.
