Hi,
i am unable to sleep easily. Even though i am sleepy but i just can't sleep. It takes hours to fall in sleep. I keep on lying on bed for hours closing my eyes trying to sleep but i can't.
why i am unable to concentrate on my mind and over my sleep
plz help me...

You need an assessment for any underlying medical causes followed by a psychological assessment if all other things are fine . in the meanwhile, follow some sleep hygiene tips like sleeping and awaking up at almost same times, avoiding tea, coffee, alcohol late in evenings, avoiding daytime naps, using bed only to sleep.
