Insomnia not getting sleep

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hello I am working as an engineer. I am going to write state Civil Service exam this month. my sleeping schedule is not regular. once in a month I won't get sleep even a single minute. I think I have insomnia.I am much scared about whether i will get sleep or not before exam. shall i take becalm tablet before exam? I have exam continuously for 3 days kindly suggest and help
