Major trouble in triggering the sleep . Watch TV for long hours thinking it would help but now it doesn't. I rarely have a sound sleep. I have had enough antidepressants, sleeping pills , neuromuscular relaxants , but nothing helps. I get up early and don't sleep till late. I hardly sleep for two hours a day.

I can empathize with you.. inadequate sleep leads to poor functioning in all spheres of life...see for sleep brain needs to be in resting mode..But you are doing opposite by watching TV..ok...
