Insomnia and hallucinations
Hello! My mother has been dealing with very serious insomnia for the past few months and she tells me she's tried everything - homemade cures, hypnosis, sleeping medicine, herbal teas, meditation, etc. She has a very healthy diet, goes to the gym and swims two times a week, rarely drinks alcohol and has tried reducing stress as much as possible. She can barely get 2 hours of sleep a day and is constantly having mental breakdowns, now even hallucinations..
