Inner thigh rash

Asked for Female, 22 Years

So a little over a month ago a small red pimple/blister appeared on my inner thigh and since it was only one I didn’t really start worrying but over the coarse of the month more have spread on my inner thigh. I haven’t taken anything for it. Just been using lotion. It doesn’t itch or burn just is spreading and the bumps are now raised a little. I just would like to know what they are so I can get treated
