My ex injured my wrist a year ago. He was hold my wrist while pressing very hard with his thum in the center of my wrist. After that I couldn’t hold anything or bend my wrist with out hurting. I didn’t see a doctor either. no insurance. But recently I’ve fallen and used my hand to catch myself and the bone is sticking out even more! But- it doesn’t hurt like before. Weird. Looking on the internet at wrist bones- it looks like it may be the lunat or scaphoid bone. Is this a surgical fix? Or no?

Unlikely its a scaphoid or lunate as from what you are saying if the bone is sticking out without pain most probably your distal radio ulna joint ligament is sprained or torn causing them to dissociate.
