Ingrown hair lumps persist after a year
I shave my pubic region, and this has resulted in what I believe to be ingrown hairs. Initially the lumps have started out looking very much like acne, and after squeezing them to release the hair they resemble small slightly raised fatty lumps. I have used salycilic acid and plucked the hairs using tweasers, yet the lumps persist for months after initially shaving. How might I treat this?
